It takes over a hundred volunteers to make the 12k’s of Christmas such a great event – bringing Christmas cheer to our runners and walkers, and helping ensure this one of the best Christmas and pet-adoption events of the season!
You can help with packet pickup on Thursday, or at the event on Saturday. The run/walk starts at 10 am, but we need volunteers as early as 5 am to help with set up and as late as noon to help with break down.
Volunteer shifts are 2 to 4 hours, with Saturday morning shifts starting at 5, 6:30, 7, 8:30, 9:30, 10 and noon. You choose what works best for you. We are just thankful for everyone who can help us as we help our furry friends. Every volunteer receives a Santa’s Helper hat. We are also happy to sign community service forms.
