Concordia Charter School

We are proud to be able to donate it to Concordia Charter School, a school focused on helping families in disadvantaged communities. Students from this school also enjoy a fun outing, participating in the 12k’s of Christmas by singing Christmas Carols on the run/walk route.

12k’s of Christmas was proud to present a check to Friends of Animal Care & Control at their Jan 19th board meeting – bringing the total donated to help our furry friends to over $45,000. Thank you to all the runners and walkers who have made this possible over the 6 years of the event! We couldn’t do this with out you.

Thanks for your support of the 6th annual 12k’s of Christmas. Over 1800 runners and walkers finished and over 22 animal rescue groups participated. We don’t have the final number, but there have been 12 reported adoptions of dogs, cats and one rat! Santa made donations to all the participating animal rescue groups and will be presenting a check to Maricopa County Animal Care & Control at their next board meeting. Thank you and have a wonderful 2015. We look forward to seeing you December 12th!
